With over 30 years of experience in property sales, rental and interior design we know how to present a property to reach its maximum potential ensuring that any awkward spaces are dressed creatively, and people can visualise the property as a home.
As part of The Furniture Service, we can combine with The Renovation Service for larger redecoration projects but we are also able to undertake smaller re-decoration jobs as and where necessary. It is vital that outside spaces look good so we can arrange for jet-hosing of paving stones, pruning, planting and weeding to be done. The Furniture Service also includes purchasing furniture on your behalf for your home or rental investments.
THE RENOVATION SERVICE
We provide project management, building works, interior decorating and furnishing of houses, flats and offices in and outside the London area and abroad. We have a long-standing team of reputable and reliable tradesmen and we co-ordinate planning permissions, structural engineers, architects and building regulations reducing the pressure on clients and ensuring they get the expected result within budget and on time.
THE MANAGEMENT SERVICE
We are able to be your main point of contact for letting a client’s property, liaising with the rental agent on your behalf. Our Management Service is an extremely personalised service where we inspect the properties on a regular basis and have constant contact with both landlords and tenants. We pride ourselves on being able to act efficiently and quickly as and when problems arise, providing the client with reassurance that their property and tenant are being well looked after.
THE SEARCH SERVICE
We can source your ideal property and oversee its purchase from start to finish. We provide a stress-free service helping you find the property, negotiate the purchase price and liaise with your solicitor during the transaction. Once the purchase is complete, we can advise you on any refurbishment and furnishing requirements through The Renovation Service and The Furniture Service, and also on the rental and management via The Management Service.
